General Refund Policy

At IPTV2K, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team, we want to make things right. As we offer a 24-hour test, refunds are not typically provided.

If you purchased a subscription directly without going through the free trial, you are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days if there is an issue on our side or with our servers.

If you request a refund after the 7-day period, or if we are confident that our servers are functioning properly and the issue is not on our end, a fee of 2.5 USD per day will be deducted from your refund based on the number of days used. This deduction applies only when we have confirmed that the service was working correctly on our side, but you still wish to cancel.
